Senior Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process for physicians, advanced practice providers, PACE, hospice, home health, and various essential healthcare roles.

• Create innovative sourcing strategies and establish proactive talent pipelines for challenging-to-fill positions.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend staffing requirements and act as a reliable recruitment consultant.

• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from the initial conversation through to onboarding.

• Utilize recruiting metrics and labor market data to enhance hiring results.

• Represent Everent Health at networking events, career fairs, and professional organizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• A minimum of five (5) years of comprehensive healthcare recruiting experience.

• Proven track record in recruiting hard-to-fill clinical roles.

• Excellent skills in sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and relationship management.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.

• Preferred: Experience in recruiting physicians and/or advanced practice providers.

• Preferred: Understanding of provider compensation models and healthcare labor markets.

• Preferred: Experience in supporting various healthcare service lines, including PACE, hospice, or home health.
