This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Comprehensive Recruitment Delivery: Take ownership of roles from initial intake through to placement, ensuring a strong alignment between candidates and clients.
• Candidate Evaluation & Matching: Identify, screen, interview, and present top-quality candidates.
• Candidate Relationship Management: Develop and sustain robust relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development: Contribute to sourcing strategies and create effective talent pipelines.
• ATS & Data Management: Ensure the accurate and organized management of candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Market Insights & Talent Intelligence: Provide insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring practices.
• Collaboration & Team Support: Partner closely with internal teams to guarantee consistent and high-quality results.
• Operational & Administrative Support: Facilitate the smooth execution of recruitment processes and necessary documentation.
• Over 7 years of experience in recruitment (agency experience is mandatory).
• Significant experience in hiring for digital, marketing, or creative positions.
• Proven experience with remote and international recruitment.
• Ability to independently manage multiple roles in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong skills in interviewing and candidate evaluation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
• Proficient in using ATS systems and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive, accountable, and solutions-driven mindset.
