This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Assume complete responsibility for recruiting for key business roles, consistently delivering outstanding talent and ensuring the successful closure of complex and senior-level positions.
• Maintain an average time-to-fill of 45 days or fewer for all assigned requisitions, showcasing expertise in the entire hiring process from sourcing to closing, and ensuring that essential teams acquire the talent they need swiftly without compromising the quality of hires.
• Ensure that the candidates you hire are rated as high quality in their first 6-month evaluation, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of role requirements and a meticulous assessment process that selects for long-term success and cultural fit.
• Position yourself as a reliable talent advisor to your primary hiring managers, consistently achieving high satisfaction ratings on internal feedback by providing valuable market insights, co-developing effective interview strategies, and influencing decisions to ensure the best hires are made.
• Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end hiring processes across various levels of seniority.
• 6-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a minimum of 2-3 years specifically focused on senior-level positions within a high-growth technology company (experience in fintech, SaaS, or a similar fast-paced environment is a significant advantage).
• Proven success in hiring for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Scientists) as well as corporate functions.
• Familiarity with contemporary applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
• Exhibits a builder's mindset by proactively identifying process gaps and contributing to the development of solutions that facilitate effective scaling.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is strongly required.
