• Oversee the complete hiring process for applications engineering positions on a global scale.
• Identify and attract top-tier software engineering talent from various markets.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and founders to develop hiring strategies and calibrate talent needs.
• Evaluate candidate quality based on their career trajectories, technical expertise, and execution indicators.
• Facilitate interview arrangements, manage candidates, and handle closing procedures.
• Enhance recruiting processes, candidate experiences, and overall hiring standards.
• Create robust talent pipelines for backend, mobile, desktop, and product engineering roles.
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting software engineering professionals within technology firms.
• Strong capability in sourcing and mapping talent across international markets.
• Solid understanding of engineering positions, technical ecosystems, and organizational frameworks.
• Ability to recognize high-quality talent beyond just pedigree and company reputation.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.
