Senior Recruiter, 360 Recruitment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete recruitment process (360) for various role types and levels of seniority.

• Oversee high-volume hiring pipelines for a prominent media-centric client.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define roles and establish hiring priorities.

• Actively source candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant channels.

• Perform candidate screenings and interviews all the way through to the offer stage.

• Ensure accurate hiring data, reporting, and pipeline tracking within the ATS.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Recruiter or a 360 Recruiter managing the full recruitment cycle.

• Proven track record in high-volume recruiting across various functions.

• Previous remote work experience is essential, along with proficiency in remote collaboration tools.

• Excellent stakeholder management and candidate communication abilities.

• Capability to consistently work within EST hours and handle multiple active searches.
