Senior Radar Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, implement, test, and sustain software that facilitates radar data collection, processing, analysis, and operational deployment.

• Build interfaces and services that enhance sensor operations, telemetry, data management, and mission execution.

• Design scalable and dependable software solutions for radar control, monitoring, automation, and performance enhancement.

• Work collaboratively with radar systems, signal processing, infrastructure, and operations teams to integrate new capabilities into operational settings.

• Assist in the development of software architecture and conduct technical design reviews.

• Engage in system integration, verification, validation, and field testing efforts.

• Diagnose operational issues and aid in root-cause analysis for software and system irregularities.

• Contribute to best practices in software development, conduct code reviews, and produce technical documentation.

• Provide support for customer demonstrations, technical briefings, and operational readiness activities as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Over 7 years of professional experience in software engineering.

• Proficient programming skills in Python, C++, or related languages.

• Experience in designing and developing distributed systems, APIs, and data-intensive applications.

• Familiarity with Linux-based development environments.

• Knowledge of software testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps methodologies.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and capability to work effectively within multidisciplinary engineering teams.

• Must be a U.S. citizen and capable of obtaining and maintaining a U.S. Personnel Security Clearance.
