Senior Quality Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Designing and maintaining testing systems for deterministic logic and AI-influenced, non-deterministic behaviors.

• Collaborating early with engineering teams to identify risks prior to implementation.

• Expanding our verification strategy to encompass integration, system, stress, and comprehensive workflow testing beyond just unit tests.

• Ensuring reliable test environments with robust instrumentation for swift diagnosis.

• Creating tools, fixtures, and supporting libraries that establish stable and repeatable testing conditions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software quality engineering, test engineering, or a similar field.

• Strong investigative skills and a keen interest in understanding failures, pinpointing root causes, and preventing future occurrences.

• Ability to isolate external dependencies during integration tests by mocking third-party services using custom code or established tools.

• Hands-on experience with systems powered by LLMs, AI processing pipelines, or other probabilistic technologies.

• Proficient in Python and contemporary test frameworks within containerized environments.

• Proven success in designing automated test suites across various layers of a modern application stack.

• Experience in fully containerized development and execution workflows.

• A data-driven mindset is intrinsic to your approach.
