Senior Quality Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Conduct functional, exploratory, and regression testing across intricate enterprise workflows.

• Ensure data integrity through SQL and trace defects in multi-system environments.

• Oversee and manage test cases within TestRail.

• Monitor work items utilizing Azure DevOps.

• Work closely with engineering teams and effectively communicate findings.

• Serve as a quality advocate.

• Progress towards automation ownership using Playwright or similar frameworks.

• Take charge of end-to-end functional and regression testing for assigned Diagnostics workflows.

• Execute API and integration testing across REST, GraphQL, and EDI healthcare platform systems as assigned.

• Carry out functional and integration testing across enterprise financial operations platforms where assigned.

• Validate invoice and payment lifecycles, ERP integrations, and production regression for assigned tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in Quality Engineering.

• Strong foundational knowledge beyond just test execution.

• Proficient and effective in performing manual testing.

• An engineering mindset focused on frameworks, test coverage strategies, and quality architecture.

• SQL expertise for data validation across relational databases.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for tracking work items.

• Experience using TestRail or comparable test management tools.

• Automation experience with Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools, or a strong desire to develop such skills.

• Excellent communication abilities.

• Suitable for async-first and remote work environments.

• Proficient in English.

• Candidates must currently reside in Latin America.

• Experience with billing or claims, including HCFA and ICD codes, is a significant advantage for Diagnostics.

• Experience in REST, GraphQL, and EDI API/integration testing with a backend-first mindset for Central Intake / Platform.

• Oracle EBS or APEX experience is beneficial for FinOps.
