📋 Description

• Oversee the connection and interaction between Quality and Integrated Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, and customer-facing teams.

• Concentrate on facilitating workflow, enhancing quality, and minimizing risks associated with Clear To Build (CTB) for the business.

• Serve as a tactical leader, process improvement advocate, and mentor for team members to elevate quality standards and ensure timely delivery for all Rotorcraft & Turboprop (RTP) product lines.

• Direct quality initiatives across RTP product lines by collaborating with engineering, supply chain, and product line teams at the part-number and supplier levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.

• At least 3 years of experience in Quality, Operations, Engineering, or a related technical field, or 7 years of experience in associated areas such as procurement, planning, manufacturing, or fulfillment.
