QA Triage and Execution Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the stability, precision, and signal integrity of automated test executions.

• Run and oversee Azure DevOps pipelines.

• Classify failures into categories such as test defects, environmental issues, data problems, or code errors.

• Troubleshoot scripts and conduct root cause analysis using Playwright and Selenium.

• Examine flaky selectors, synchronization/timing challenges, assertion discrepancies, and data dependency issues.

• Validate API errors with Postman or GraphQL tools.

• Review logs and telemetry in Application Insights and pipeline records.

• Monitor trends and provide triage reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient debugging and analytical capabilities.

• Background in handling logs, APIs, and UI troubleshooting.

• Understanding of the test automation lifecycle.

• Experience with observability tools, including Application Insights and Azure monitoring.

• Mid-level expertise.

• Experience in the Mortgage/FinTech sector is a plus.
