This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Responsible for ensuring that all facets of the project are completed on schedule and meet client expectations.
• Continuously adopts a proactive mindset throughout the project to foresee and swiftly address any changes in approach, design, objectives, etc.
• Skillfully designs studies and prepares proposals.
• Carefully develops questionnaires and discussion guides using suitable techniques and activities, structuring questions to meet objectives and align with participant types.
• Proficiently moderates one-on-one and group interviews as well as online interactions (e.g., Communities, Remesh).
• Innovatively identifies emerging themes and their connections to the overarching narrative.
• Regularly integrates strategic components into the report, including story flow, emerging implications (the “so what?”), and actionable recommendations (the “now what?”).
• Appropriately incorporates visual elements to convey the narrative effectively.
• Utilizes client and industry insights, along with external frameworks, anecdotes, constructs, macro and micro trends, psychological insights, etc., to enhance the strategy.
• Writes clearly, concisely, and engagingly for the audience, demonstrating clarity, confidence, and professionalism.
• Exhibits a confident, engaging, respectful, flexible, and consultative demeanor when interacting with clients.
• Builds rapport and fosters empathy with the client, nurturing long-term relationships.
• Continuously enhances understanding of the client's business and individual needs to ask the right questions and anticipate requirements.
• Proactively tackles issues or opportunities in the client’s business, including additional research or strategic initiatives.
• Manages challenging client situations with poise and guides the team to do the same.
• Over 10 years of experience in moderating and providing exceptional client deliverables in a market research or agency environment.
• More than 6 years of experience in strategic market research, advertising, creative, or account planning within research, advertising, creative, or digital agencies, and/or experience as a marketing executive, marketing consultant, behavioral scientist, or usability and user experience consultant or researcher.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, med tech/med device, and consumer health market research involving patients and healthcare professionals is highly advantageous.
