Senior QA Project Lead – All Genders

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist seasoned project managers or autonomously oversee work packages and specific project phases with minimal risk and effort.

• Plan, organize, and manage projects while adhering to technical, organizational, and financial constraints.

• Implement project methodology based on the V-Model XT for the systematic execution of complex IT projects.

• Synchronize traditional and agile project approaches, collaborating closely with interdisciplinary project teams.

• Communicate contract modifications, identify project risks early, and initiate suitable countermeasures.

• Generate regular status updates and project reports in line with applicable requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• A minimum of five years of proven professional experience in leading or managing IT projects.

• Strong understanding of project management principles according to the V-Model XT.

• Several years of experience in traditional project management and leadership.

• Practical knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum.

• Experience working on public sector projects or within public administration.

• Experience managing projects with international responsibilities.

• Good understanding of Enterprise Architecture Management.

• Experience with tools such as Jira, Zephyr, Confluence, and Git or GitLab.

• Business-fluent in German and fluent in English.
