This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Perform regular assessments of participant case files to ensure they are accurate, comprehensive, and compliant with Federal WIOA/TANF, as well as State, local, and corporate regulations.
• Oversee data entry into State Systems and other participant management platforms, ensuring accuracy and promptness.
• Detect inconsistencies and trends, document observations, and suggest corrective measures.
• Assist local QA personnel in resolving file and data-related issues to avoid eligibility problems or disallowed costs.
• Facilitate bi-weekly check-in meetings with Program Directors, Regional Directors, and other relevant staff members.
• Capable of maintaining and updating various spreadsheets and reporting tools on a daily basis.
• Review quality assurance reports and dashboards, notifying the Quality Assurance Manager of any inconsistencies.
• Contribute to the preparation for and response to program monitoring and audits.
• Aid in the development and ongoing enhancement of policies, procedures, and quality management practices.
• Collaborate with the Training Coordinator to address recurring challenges and conduct focused training sessions with local QA staff.
• Keep informed of standard operating procedures and updates related to contracts and TEGL.
• Examine incoming invoices, payment requests, and ACH submissions for accuracy, proper authorization, and complete documentation prior to forwarding to management.
• Execute weekly billing by creating detailed payment spreadsheets and submitting them to management for prompt approval and payment.
• Identify any missing data, duplicate entries, or calculation errors. Work with internal teams (operations, project managers, fiscal) to swiftly resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy and confidentiality when handling participant information.
• Approach daily tasks with a positive attitude and a “ZAG” mindset.
• Perform additional duties and projects as required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the workforce.
• Experience with WIOA, TANF, and/or SNAP in areas such as quality assurance, monitoring, compliance, case management, and/or eligibility is essential.
• Exceptional attention to detail along with strong organizational, analytical, research, and critical thinking abilities.
• Must possess computer proficiency, particularly in MS Excel, experience with Google Drive, and the capacity to learn specialized databases and software systems.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
