QA Engineer – IJ Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Conduct functional, exploratory, regression, and acceptance testing.

• Verify product stability and readiness for release.

• Investigate, document, and report defects, ensuring they are prioritized, resolved, verified, and successfully delivered to users.

• Enhance manual test case scenarios and keep existing ones updated.

• Assume responsibility for complex testing areas and promote quality improvements through proactive initiatives.

• Monitor automated test execution outcomes and troubleshoot test failures.

• Contribute to UI test automation by maintaining and expanding automated tests within our established framework.

• Collaborate closely with developers and product stakeholders to clarify requirements and identify risks when feature documentation is incomplete or evolving.

• Update the internal knowledge base and share expertise with team members.

• Work with the support team to reproduce issues reported by our valued users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant hands-on QA experience.

• Proficient in both spoken and written English.

• Ability to read and comprehend Java or Kotlin code.

• Experience working within cross-functional teams.

• Capable of quickly grasping new concepts and working both collaboratively and independently.

• Strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage your workload in alignment with team objectives.
