Content QA Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform quality assurance testing on content for digital course materials at various stages of the production cycle.

• Evaluate course materials for grammar, internal consistency, accessibility, and compliance with style and design standards.

• Verify that learning management system (LMS) settings and functionalities are functioning correctly.

• Create a precise and comprehensive deficiency report for the development team.

• Collaborate with development and deployment teams to address and resolve deficiencies or defects.

• Assist the Curriculum Quality Assurance Manager with a range of projects.

• Undertake entire projects and/or problems independently.

• Help in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting quality metrics and performance data.

• Provide training and onboarding for new team members and/or vendors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, e-learning, or a curriculum-related discipline with 1–3 years of relevant experience.

• An equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.).

• Proficiency in web-related tasks.

• Ability to pass a required background check.

• Familiarity with the K-12 education sector and/or online learning environments.

• Experience in creating and editing end-user content in SharePoint or a similar knowledge management system.

• A strong foundational understanding of robotic process automation and AI technologies.

• Experience working with one or more Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.

• Background in proofreading and copyediting content.

• Strong command of English grammar, including spelling, punctuation, and syntax rules.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement.
