QA Manual Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Enhance the software quality of digital products

• Ensure stable and efficient releases

• Design and oversee the comprehensive strategy for manual testing

• Lead, mentor, and coordinate the QA team

• Drive the transition towards automation

• Collaborate effectively with development cells and Product

• Monitor and report on quality indicators

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA)

• 1-2 years of experience leading testing teams

• Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum)

• Experience in designing test plans and cases

• Knowledge of SQL databases

• ISTQB certification (preferred)
