Senior QA Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Spearhead QA strategy and develop scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and comprehensive end-to-end testing.

• Create and manage regression and functional test suites.

• Ensure quality checkpoints are integrated within CI/CD pipelines.

• Collect and evaluate business requirements, converting them into test scenarios and acceptance criteria.

• Validate complete workflows and integrations across frontend, APIs, and backend systems, including orders, payments, and financial transactions.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate UAT, identify shortcomings, and synchronize efforts among business, product, and engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in QA with a solid background in automation.

• Practical experience with API testing (REST/SOAP).

• Familiarity with UI automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright.

• Knowledge of automation frameworks and test design patterns.

• Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins and GitHub Actions.

• Proficient in requirement analysis, functional validation, and drafting user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Demonstrated experience validating enterprise workflows, integrations, and financial or transactional processes.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Availability to work from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm local time to align with U.S. hours.
