This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Oversee the complete Confirmation API implementation process across various phases of the firm and bank API products, from initial project kickoff to go-live support.
• Collaborate with client technical teams to comprehend requirements, pinpoint obstacles, and facilitate testing and deployment into production.
• Act as the primary consultant liaison, offering updates on progress and managing the project scope.
• Convert technical limitations into easily understandable business terms and proactively highlight potential issues.
• Champion client requirements with internal product and development teams.
• Identify areas lacking documentation, flag stability concerns, and assist in speeding up resolutions.
• Provide support to global accounting firms, corporate audit teams, and financial institutions.
• Conduct training sessions and consulting workshops led by an instructor.
• Assist with APIs and automation solutions across various business segments, including TAAP and Corporates, as well as emerging AI technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in technical consulting, particularly in API integrations or software implementations in client-facing roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues, develop workarounds, and guide clients through challenges.
• Exceptional communication skills tailored to diverse audiences.
• Comprehensive understanding of tax and accounting processes, terminology, and workflows.
• Technical expertise in APIs, REST, authentication, system integration, and data mapping.
• Hands-on experience with API implementation or basic coding is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Capable of managing projects, including overseeing multiple concurrent implementations and monitoring timelines.
• Willingness to attend occasional international client meetings outside of standard US business hours.
• Comfort in dealing with ambiguity, a strong collaborative mindset, and a dedication to lifelong learning.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience in technical consulting or software implementation.
• Background in software development is preferred.
