Senior QA Automation Engineer – AWS, Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Create and execute an automated testing framework for the AWS-based web application and its associated Salesforce native workflows.

• Automate comprehensive user journeys that span multiple platforms, including cloud web UI interactions that initiate Salesforce deployments or metadata backups.

• Develop robust Salesforce Lightning UI tests that can withstand dynamic ID alterations and effectively manage Shadow DOM components using UTAM, Playwright, or other enterprise testing tools.

• Build API automation suites that verify real-time data integrations, webhooks, and secure messaging queues between AWS and Salesforce.

• Incorporate automated testing suites into contemporary Git-based CI/CD workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in QA Automation Engineering, particularly with intricate enterprise integrations.

• Outstanding knowledge of Salesforce Lightning architecture, metadata, security models, and developer workflows.

• Skilled in code-first automation tools (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium) OR possess extensive experience with Salesforce-specific automated testing systems (Provar, ACCELQ, or UTAM framework).

• Proficient in REST API testing.

• Strong expertise in SOQL queries for direct verification of Salesforce database content.

• Extensive experience in configuring automated test processes within CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab, or cloud-based developer tools).
