Senior QA Automation Engineer – AWS, Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Design and execute a comprehensive automated testing framework for the AWS-hosted web application and associated Salesforce native workflows.

• Automate complete user journeys that span cloud web UI and Salesforce, encompassing deployments and metadata backups.

• Develop robust Salesforce Lightning UI tests that withstand dynamic ID changes and effectively manage Shadow DOM components using UTAM, Playwright, or other enterprise testing tools.

• Create API automation suites to validate real-time data integrations, webhooks, and secure queues between AWS and Salesforce.

• Integrate automated testing suites into contemporary Git-based CI/CD pipelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in QA Automation Engineering, particularly with complex enterprise integrations.

• A strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning architecture, metadata, security models, and developer workflows.

• Proficient in code-first automation tools (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium) OR extensive experience with Salesforce-specific automated testing systems (Provar, ACCELQ, or UTAM framework).

• Expertise in REST API testing.

• Strong proficiency in SOQL queries for direct verification of the Salesforce database.

• Significant experience in setting up automated testing processes within CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab, or cloud developer tools).
