Senior QA Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the QA strategy and ensure high standards of quality across API, UI, and end-to-end testing.

• Design and execute scalable automation frameworks.

• Develop and sustain regression and functional test suites.

• Validate integrations across frontend, API, and backend systems.

• Maintain quality checkpoints within CI/CD pipelines.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and assess business requirements.

• Convert requirements into test scenarios and acceptance criteria.

• Validate comprehensive business workflows, including orders, payments, and integrations.

• Identify deficiencies and propose enhancements.

• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with business expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in QA with a robust background in automation.

• Proficient in API testing, encompassing REST and SOAP.

• Familiarity with UI automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, and Playwright.

• Strong grasp of automation frameworks and test design patterns.

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.

• In-depth experience in requirement analysis and functional validation.

• Capability to write user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.

• Ability to validate financial and transactional processes throughout enterprise workflows and integrations.

• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication abilities.

• Experience with SAP integrations, particularly SOAP services.

• Exposure to Salesforce or similar platforms.

• Background in performance testing.

• Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools.

• Availability to work from 9 AM to 5 PM EDT.
