📋 Description

• Create and take ownership of the automation framework for both functional and performance testing.

• Develop agents to streamline current QA/testing processes and minimize engineering friction.

• Construct the applications and services that automation relies on, deploy them, and manage them in production settings.

• Propel prototypes to completion, collect feedback from user teams, and refine them until robust, monitored, production-ready solutions are achieved.

• Recognize deficiencies in current frameworks and tools, and devise solutions to resolve them.

• Partner with product teams to comprehend their automation requirements, design services from the ground up, deploy them to production clusters, and assume responsibility for them.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 or more years of experience in building production software, showcasing expertise in test infrastructure, testing frameworks, and developer tools, alongside a strong understanding of platform engineering.

• Proven track record of constructing agentic solutions and test automation frameworks from inception—designing, delivering, iterating, and promoting their adoption within other engineers’ workflows.

• Proficiency in using agentic coding tools as part of your daily tasks, including the ability to orchestrate multiple agents for task execution and review agent-generated pull requests (PRs).

• Practical experience with microservices, Kubernetes, and deployment lifecycle management.

• Capability to independently transform an ambiguous problem statement into a well-defined, defensible solution.

• Proficiency in English is required for this role.
