This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Identify, design, develop, test, deliver, maintain, and support automation solutions.
• Select appropriate technologies to enhance business workflows.
• Analyze, interpret, and optimize business processes.
• Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to design and implement automation solutions.
• Monitor deployed solutions for performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot issues swiftly and resolve them effectively.
• Act as a trusted automation advisor by offering practical recommendations.
• Collaborate with both internal and external business and technology teams throughout the automation lifecycle.
• Manage multiple projects at once, delivering both quick wins and long-term strategic automation solutions.
• Leverage software development expertise and AI integrations to create innovative automation solutions.
• Strong software development capabilities at both application and platform levels.
• Proficient in various technologies including .NET, C#, Modern Angular, Python, SQL, Blazor, and HTML.
• Familiar with Agile methodology, the Scrum framework, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience in managing the complete automation solution development process using Agile practices.
• Extensive background in developing and deploying solutions with .NET, Angular, Python, SQL, Blazor, and/or HTML.
• Experience with Azure Cloud, Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Azure Data Studio, MS SQL Server, Docker, Postman, and Swagger.
• High proficiency in frontend and backend web/application development.
• Experience in REST API development and integration.
• Familiarity with microservice development and integration.
• Ability to interpret SDK documentation and perform development tasks accordingly.
• Knowledge of Okta, JWT, OAuth, SAML, and MFA.
• Expertise in application and audit logging, as well as unit testing.
• Experience with MSTest, Azure Application Insights, and Serilog.
• Familiarity with automation and BPM tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Pega, WorkFusion, Azure, Microsoft Power Platform, Selenium, and Playwright.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Previous experience with AI, GenAI, AgenticAI, machine learning, natural language processing, or optical character recognition is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Capable of facilitating discussions on technical and non-technical architecture and automation topics.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines effectively.
• Willingness to support colleagues through coaching and mentorship.
