This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take the lead in the technical oversight of the quality area.

• Comprehend systems, processes, and business workflows.

• Identify risks, recurring issues, and critical points.

• Organize QA processes, routines, and best practices effectively.

• Develop test strategies, scenarios, and acceptance criteria.

• Conduct functional, exploratory, regression, and integrated testing.

• Carry out API tests and data validation processes.

• Document evidence and record results meticulously.

• Detect, analyze, and monitor defects until they are resolved.

• Collaborate with business teams, development, maintenance, and vendors.

• Suggest tools and areas for automation to enhance efficiency.

• Assist in the development of quality indicators and controls.

• Contribute to fostering a culture centered around quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior QA, QA Lead, or in a technical quality lead role.

• Hands-on approach, ready to conduct tests directly.

• Proficient in functional, regression, exploratory, and integration testing.

• Experienced in API testing methodologies.

• Knowledgeable in SQL for data validation purposes.

• Capable of investigating issues and ensuring follow-through until resolution.

• Strong background in documenting scenarios, evidence, and acceptance criteria.

• Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Ability to operate independently in less structured environments.

• Skilled in organizing tasks, prioritizing, and proposing effective solutions.

• Desirable skills include familiarity with Postman or similar tools.

• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools.

• Proficiency in Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium.

• Competence in log analysis.

• Understanding of CI/CD practices.

• Experience in executing automated tests within pipelines.

• Experience in implementing or structuring QA processes.

• Familiarity with quality metrics, indicators, and governance practices.
