Senior QA Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with development and product teams to ensure the quality of outputs throughout the entire development process.

• Plan, design, and execute test scenarios and test cases, including functional, regression, and automated tests.

• Create, enhance, and maintain automated tests for web applications, APIs, and integrations.

• Identify, log, prioritize, and track defects until resolution.

• Actively engage in agile ceremonies, contributing quality insights from the initial stages of requirements gathering.

• Assist in defining, implementing, and evolving QA strategies, processes, and best practices.

• Conduct impact analyses and support validation processes across various environments.

• Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure high reliability and performance of deliveries.

• Promote continuous improvement in testing processes, product quality, and end-user experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a QA / Software Test Analyst.

• Practical experience with test automation utilizing Cypress and Playwright.

• Understanding of functional, regression, integration, API, performance, and security testing.

• Experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools.

• Knowledge of source control (e.g., Git) and continuous integration (CI/CD) practices.

• Experience in testing APIs using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar.

• Strong analytical abilities, critical thinking, and keen attention to detail.

• A collaborative mindset with the capacity to work within multidisciplinary teams.

• Effective communication skills, autonomy, and the ability to provide technical influence.

• Hands-on experience using AI tools applied to test engineering, such as generating test data, creating and maintaining automation scripts, and optimizing QA processes.
