This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
β’ Take charge of the technical strategy of the system, shaping and refining the architecture while collaborating closely with the CTO on construction decisions.
β’ Design and create intricate data and processing pipelines and workflows, especially focusing on 3D and visualization data.
β’ Offer technical guidance to a small, cross-functional team.
β’ Lead an AI-assisted development process, incorporating multi-agent orchestration with specialized agents.
β’ Approach the system as if it were your own: actively identify and implement enhancements instead of waiting for tasks to be assigned.
β’ Write clean, well-tested code; conduct reviews, debugging, and documentation.
β’ Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Python, with a history of working independently and providing technical leadership.
β’ Demonstrated ability to design systems and develop complex pipelines and workflows from start to finish.
β’ Proficient in AI-assisted development.
β’ Comfortable analyzing, reviewing, optimizing, and refactoring large codebases in accordance with strong engineering principles.
β’ Proficient in Postgres, Git, and RESTful/RPC services.
β’ Familiarity with Django (4.2+) is advantageous.
β’ Excellent written and spoken English, with a collaborative attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
β’ Nice to have: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
β’ Knowledge of DevOps practices: containers, CI/CD, automated deployments, and performance monitoring/alerting for databases and web servers.
β’ Foundational understanding of linear algebra, matrix operations and transformations, along with a solid grasp of statistics and probability.
β’ Experience with Python numerical and 3D libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib, Open3D, and PyTorch.
