This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify, cultivate, and finalize strategic partnerships with non-gaming mobile app publishers spanning various sectors.

• Manage and enhance relationships with publisher accounts by understanding their business goals, pinpointing monetization opportunities, and establishing Nimbus as a long-term strategic ally.

• Spearhead publisher-facing discussions on:

• Mediation strategy

• Programmatic monetization

• SDK onboarding

• Auction performance

• Demand partner strategy

• Yield optimization opportunities

• Product adoption

• Strategic growth initiatives

• Build and sustain a robust pipeline of publisher opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, conferences, networking, and strategic relationship development.

• Work collaboratively with Account Management, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Demand teams to ensure effective onboarding, operational alignment, and long-term publisher success.

• Track publisher performance trends and collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities that enhance monetization results and overall publisher satisfaction.

• Represent Nimbus in external settings such as industry conferences, client meetings, networking events, and strategic ecosystem discussions.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of:

• Mobile programmatic advertising

• In-app monetization

• Mobile mediation

• RTB auctions

• SDK monetization

• Industry trends and competitive landscape

• Publisher monetization strategies

• Assist with strategic GTM initiatives including:

• Publisher presentations

• Monetization recommendations

• Case studies

• Conference initiatives

• Market intelligence

• Ecosystem positioning

• Support internal operational initiatives such as pipeline management, forecasting, CRM updates, publisher onboarding coordination, and strategic account planning.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ad tech with a profound understanding of the mobile programmatic ecosystem, including publishers, SSPs, DSPs, mediation platforms, and in-app monetization infrastructure.

• Extensive knowledge of mobile app monetization, SDK-based advertising, and programmatic advertising across both iOS and Android platforms.

• Demonstrated history of developing and expanding strategic publisher relationships while driving quantifiable revenue growth and long-term account development.

• Strong understanding of:

• Mobile mediation

• Programmatic auctions

• RTB infrastructure

• SDK monetization

• Publisher monetization strategies

• Yield optimization concepts

• Dynamics of the mobile advertising ecosystem

• A strong passion for recognizing growth opportunities and addressing complex monetization challenges through strategic thinking, relationship building, and data-driven insights.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance trends, identify monetization opportunities, and convey actionable recommendations to publishers.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with:

• publishers,

• account management,

• product teams,

• engineering,

• solutions engineering,

• and demand teams

• while effectively communicating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with experience managing executive-level publisher conversations and fostering long-term strategic partnerships.

• Highly self-motivated and adept at operating independently in a lean, fast-paced, and rapidly changing startup environment.

• Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize opportunities, manage multiple strategic relationships, and pay keen attention to detail.

• Professional demeanor and exceptional verbal/written communication skills across in-person meetings, conferences, video calls, email, and Slack.

• Existing relationships within the mobile app publisher ecosystem are strongly preferred.

• A BS or BA is desirable.
