Senior Psychiatrist, AI Clinical Evaluation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bangladesh.

📋 Description

• Develop complex psychiatry and behavioral health cases along with benchmark tasks.

• Review comprehensive records including longitudinal data, psychiatric history, medications, psychosocial factors, and previous treatments.

• Identify significant clinical trends, discrepancies, omissions, and safety concerns.

• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for their diagnostic accuracy, appropriateness, safety, and quality of clinical reasoning.

• Create gold-standard answers and clinically supported reference solutions.

• Assess differential diagnoses, treatment plans, medication choices, and follow-up recommendations.

• Review suicide risk, self-harm risk, behavioral risk, capacity, and escalation needs where clinically pertinent.

• Evaluate the quality of documentation and identify any incomplete or unsafe psychiatric recommendations.

• Utilize structured rubrics to appraise clinical reasoning, terminology, documentation, and patient safety implications.

• Engage in peer review, calibration, and resolution of complex or ambiguous cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• A medical degree with completed specialist training in Psychiatry.

• An active or previously held professional license, registration, board certification, or recognized psychiatry credential in the candidate’s country.

• Approximately 8+ years of professional experience in psychiatry.

• Current or recent clinical practice within the last 3 years.

• Strong experience in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management.

• Excellent clinical reasoning skills with the ability to interpret complex or fragmented medical and behavioral health records.

• Experience in assessing clinical risks and identifying unsafe or incomplete treatment recommendations.

• Proficient written English skills and the ability to provide precise, clinically defensible reasoning.
