Physician, MD/DO – Medical AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes along with accompanying questions, proposed answers, and distractor responses related to diagnosis and treatment tasks.

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, the correctness and gradeability of answers, and the quality of traps.

• Determine if reasoning chains derive answers solely from the facts presented in the vignette.

• Rectify reasoning traces and compose brief rationales.

• Engage in three independent blind reads and physician adjudication processes.

• Perform flexible, task-oriented project work via the platform.

• Achieve qualifications, complete approved tasks, and enhance medical AI tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• A medical degree (MD or DO) is mandatory.

• An active, unrestricted US medical license, validated during onboarding and re-verified monthly.

• Board certification or completion of residency training is required.

• Experience in direct patient care; attending-level experience is preferred.

• Extensive multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis, next-step management, and application of evidence-based guidelines.

• Proficient written English skills (C1+ level).

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam-question review, or medical annotation/QA is advantageous.

• This position is not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare titles.
