Physician, MD/DO – Medical AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska.

📋 Description

• Assess clinical EHR vignettes along with associated questions, suggested responses, and distractor options across diagnostic and therapeutic tasks

• Evaluate the quality of clinical reasoning, as well as the accuracy and completeness of vignettes, correctness of answers, and quality of distractors

• Verify that reasoning pathways derive answers solely from the facts presented in the vignettes

• Amend reasoning paths and compose brief rationales

• Engage in independent blind assessments and physician reviews

• Fulfill authorized tasks via the platform for a time-sensitive medical AI evaluation initiative

⛳️ Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO)

• Current, unrestricted US medical license, validated at onboarding and re-verified monthly

• Board certification or completion of residency training

• Experience in direct patient care; attending-level experience preferred

• Comprehensive diagnostic and treatment experience across multiple systems in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine

• Strong clinical reasoning skills, encompassing differential diagnosis, next-step management, and application of evidence-based guidelines

• Proficient written English (C1+)

• Previous experience in medical AI evaluation, clinical content or exam question review, or medical annotation/quality assurance is an advantage

• Not suitable for medical students, unlicensed medical graduates, non-physician clinicians, or individuals with non-clinical healthcare titles
