This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Act as the main technical liaison for both customers and internal teams regarding cloud contact center solutions.
• Develop and implement comprehensive solutions, which encompass discovery workshops, requirement collection, and technical design documentation.
• Evaluate business and technical needs to establish scalable and efficient architectures.
• Take ownership of and enhance contact center solution architecture across various cloud platforms.
• Set up and tailor solutions (IVR, routing strategies, integrations, and automation).
• Lead the activities related to implementation, deployment, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors to guarantee successful project delivery.
• Assist in go-live activities to ensure a seamless transition to production.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience with enterprise contact center platforms.
• Practical experience with Talkdesk, including implementation, configuration, and development.
• Proficiency in Talkdesk Studio (IVR flows, routing, and automation).
• Demonstrated expertise in Genesys Cloud CX, covering development, implementation, and support.
• Experience with integrations, including APIs and CRM systems like Salesforce and Zendesk.
• Practical experience in CCaaS migration projects, particularly transitions to Talkdesk.
• Strong knowledge of SIP/VoIP, SBCs, and call routing principles.
