This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Act as the main technical liaison for both customers and internal teams regarding cloud contact center solutions.
• Create and deliver comprehensive solutions, encompassing discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and technical design documentation.
• Evaluate business and technical needs to establish scalable and effective architectures.
• Take ownership of and enhance the architecture of contact center solutions across various cloud platforms.
• Configure and tailor solutions (IVR, routing strategies, integrations, automation).
• Lead the implementation, deployment, and upgrade processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Assist in go-live activities and facilitate a seamless transition to production.
• Over 5 years of experience with enterprise contact center platforms.
• Practical experience with Talkdesk (implementation, configuration, development).
• Proficiency in Talkdesk Studio (IVR flows, routing, automation).
• Demonstrated expertise in Genesys Cloud CX, including development, implementation, and support.
• Familiarity with integrations (APIs, CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in CCaaS migration projects, particularly transitions to Talkdesk.
• Strong understanding of SIP/VoIP, SBCs, and call routing principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
