This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as the main technical liaison for both customers and internal teams regarding cloud contact center solutions.

• Create and implement comprehensive solutions, which encompass discovery workshops, requirement gathering, and technical design documentation.

• Assess business and technical needs to establish scalable and efficient architectures.

• Take ownership of and enhance contact center solution architecture across various cloud platforms.

• Set up and modify solutions (IVR, routing strategies, integrations, automation).

• Oversee implementation, deployment, and upgrade processes.

• Partner with stakeholders and external vendors to guarantee successful project delivery.

• Assist with go-live activities and ensure a seamless transition to production.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience with enterprise contact center platforms.

• Practical experience with Talkdesk (implementation, configuration, development).

• Proficiency in Talkdesk Studio (IVR flows, routing, automation).

• Demonstrated expertise in Genesys Cloud CX, including development, implementation, and support.

• Experience with integrations (APIs, CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.).

• Hands-on involvement in CCaaS migration projects, especially transitions to Talkdesk.

• Strong understanding of SIP/VoIP, SBCs, and call routing principles.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
