Senior Provider Experience Program Manager – Healthcare Claims

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Facilitate Agile implementation of Provider Experience / Provider NPS initiatives across various business lines.

• Oversee the enterprise delivery of intricate business processes and technology projects.

• Ensure comprehensive project delivery is achieved on schedule, within defined parameters, and yields measurable outcomes.

• Identify and address delivery challenges and risks effectively.

• Track performance metrics to enhance processes, productivity, and accountability.

• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to convert objectives into actionable strategies and deliverables.

• Spearhead process enhancements and conduct root cause analyses.

• Establish and uphold best practices across various workstreams.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to peers in delivery practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in delivery management, program management, and leading Agile practices.

• Extensive knowledge of Scrum methodologies.

• More than 5 years of experience in healthcare claims processing, which includes adjudication, payment, and rework operations.

• At least 2 years of experience in creating and presenting executive-level presentations using PowerPoint.

• A minimum of 2 years demonstrating skills in planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

• At least 2 years of experience successfully completing complex projects on time and within specified scope.

• More than 2 years applying problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a proven growth mindset.

• Over 2 years of support for innovation initiatives, emerging technologies, and digital transformation efforts.

• At least 2 years of experience implementing and maintaining Agile methodologies in cross-functional team settings.

• A minimum of 2 years working with Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies.

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.

• Agile, PMP, or similar certifications are preferred.
