This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, analyze, and oversee physician and APC compensation structures, incentive schemes, and financial models.
• Perform market benchmarking and compensation evaluations.
• Design and maintain compensation reports, dashboards, audits, and reconciliations while ensuring data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Payroll, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Talent Acquisition, and physician leaders to offer compensation consultation and support business decisions.
• Ensure adherence to Fair Market Value (FMV), Commercial Reasonableness, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and other relevant regulatory standards.
• Identify and execute process enhancements, system upgrades, and best practices within the provider compensation area.
• Offer guidance and analytical support on intricate compensation initiatives and special projects.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership by providing strategic compensation analysis, market insights, and recommendations for compensation programs.
• Report directly to the Compensation Manager.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in physician and provider compensation is required.
• Proficiency in physician compensation plan design, administration, and redesign.
• Advanced financial and analytical skills in healthcare.
• Experience in supporting FMV reviews and compensation governance procedures.
• Ability to formulate compensation strategy recommendations for executive leadership.
• Experience in leading enhancements to compensation systems, technology implementations, and process improvements.
• Capability to establish analytical methodologies, controls, and best practices.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder partnership abilities.
• Ability to lead complex, highly visible, enterprise-wide compensation initiatives.
