Senior Proposal Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Take charge of creating, managing, and delivering top-notch client proposals.

• Act as the project manager, content creator, and quality assurance overseer.

• Craft proposal narratives, key win themes, and structural outlines.

• Write and customize proposal content, including executive summaries and case studies.

• Review and refine contributions from subject matter experts and team members.

• Monitor bid progress and maintain updated dashboards or records.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in managing bids, proposals, or responses within a professional services, consulting, or B2B context.

• Strong skills in project management and coordination; adept at handling multiple deadlines and stakeholders effectively.

• Exceptional proficiency in written English, with the capability to edit, simplify, and customize content for diverse client audiences.

• Knowledge of proposal formats, formal RFP responses, and platforms such as Ariba, Jaggaer, or SAP.

• Skilled in MS Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, and best practices for document formatting.

• Experience with tools like Loopio, Responsive, and SharePoint.
