Proposal Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of strategic enterprise pursuits in the region from initial qualification to final submission.

• Interpret evaluator requirements and develop response strategies in collaboration with account teams.

• Facilitate contributions across sales, solutions engineering, legal, and security teams.

• Ensure each submission meets high standards and is delivered punctually.

• Manage pursuits using an AI-first methodology.

• Enhance the AI-driven proposal process with every cycle.

• Organize repetitive tasks into templates, content, and company-wide procedures.

• Assist in developing the RFP Engine, a function that supports strategic enterprise agreements.

• Potentially oversee regional proposal capacity as pursuit volumes increase.

• Possibly specialize in bid strategy for significant global pursuits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing complex enterprise RFPs or bid responses from start to finish, preferably within a technology company.

• Proficient use of AI in your work.

• Experience in delivering internal tools or workflows, or working closely with engineers to achieve this.

• Outstanding writing and editing capabilities.

• Strong project management skills, particularly under tight deadlines.

• Ability to coordinate contributions, review processes, and approvals across different functions and time zones.

• Commercial acumen to understand scoring criteria, recognize response differentiators, and identify low-value pursuits.

• Proficiency in additional languages beyond English is advantageous.

• Familiarity with security or compliance questionnaires is a plus.

• A technical or pre-sales background is a bonus.
