This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the administration, optimization, and support of ProjectWise throughout the organization.
• Set up and manage ProjectWise environments, workflows, metadata structures, security models, document attributes, and project templates.
• Direct the troubleshooting and resolution of intricate ProjectWise issues and system obstacles.
• Partner with Enterprise Technology and software vendors to assess, test, and roll out software updates, enhancements, and integrations.
• Assist in optimizing integrations between ProjectWise and Bentley, Autodesk, GIS, and other engineering software platforms.
• Investigate emerging technologies, software updates, and industry best practices to foster ongoing improvement.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for technical issues related to ProjectWise.
• Aid in the implementation and continual enhancement of ProjectWise standards, workflows, metadata strategies, naming conventions, and document management procedures set by the ProjectWise Manager.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of best practices for engineering document control, review cycles, version management, deliverables, and archival processes, ensuring compliance across project teams.
• Conduct system audits and assess adherence to company standards and project specifications.
• Collaborate with Quality, Design Technology, and engineering teams to enhance consistency, quality, and efficiency in project delivery.
• Identify opportunities for workflow automation and process enhancement.
• Support governance initiatives that enhance data quality, searchability, and usability of engineering documentation.
• Suggest and implement improvements that elevate user experience and project outcomes.
• Spearhead ProjectWise training and user adoption initiatives in accordance with organizational standards and guidelines established by the ProjectWise Manager.
• Create and maintain training programs, user guides, standards documentation, and educational resources.
• Provide intermediate and advanced ProjectWise training for users, administrators, and project teams.
• Mentor ProjectWise Specialists/Administrators and technical advocates throughout the organization.
• Support onboarding and technical orientation for new employees.
• Champion change management initiatives that facilitate the successful adoption of ProjectWise processes and standards.
• Lead workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance organizational competency.
• Manage ProjectWise project setup and implementation support for complex projects and strategic initiatives.
• Consult with project teams on document management strategies, workflows, metadata requirements, and collaborative practices.
• Assist project teams in addressing complex document control and information management challenges.
• Facilitate coordination among engineering disciplines to improve collaboration and project execution.
• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to identify opportunities for enhanced project delivery through ProjectWise.
• Provide insights and recommendations to assist the ProjectWise Manager's roadmap, governance goals, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• An associate degree with eight (8) years of professional experience, a bachelor's degree with six (6) years of professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least eight (8) years of experience working with ProjectWise or similar engineering document management systems.
• Experience supporting engineering, architecture, infrastructure, energy, or consulting organizations is preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of ProjectWise administration, workflows, metadata management, security models, and document control processes.
• Strong familiarity with Bentley software products is required.
• Experience assisting with Autodesk, GIS, BIM, and other engineering software integrations is preferred.
• Proven experience in developing enterprise standards, governance practices, and business processes.
• Experience leading software adoption, change management, and training initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop technical users and administrators.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and achieve consensus across various departments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to propose practical, scalable solutions.
• Self-driven with the capacity to manage multiple initiatives and priorities concurrently.
• Enthusiasm for continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to support training, onboarding, and project initiatives.
