Senior Projects Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic leader for Information Technology projects, guaranteeing the timely delivery of high-quality solutions that align with client requirements and organizational goals.

• Oversee cross-functional teams.

• Foster effective communication among stakeholders.

• Ensure best practices in project management and governance are adopted.

• Facilitate agile rituals and ceremonies at the team level.

• Organize and coordinate activities and work packages utilizing methodologies to prioritize tasks, eliminate obstacles, share knowledge, and cultivate an agile mindset across teams.

• Plan and oversee projects, ensuring that deliveries adhere to expected timelines, costs, and quality standards.

• Manage project risks, changes, and issues effectively.

• Maintain communication with stakeholders and ensure project information is current.

• Execute procurement, acquisition, and financial control processes for projects.

• Monitor and validate project execution by vendors and suppliers.

• Deploy deliverables to staging (homologation) and production environments.

• Transition the project to support and maintenance teams.

• Utilize an internal methodology grounded in project management best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.

• Demonstrated experience as an IT project leader, with involvement throughout all project lifecycle phases.

• Experience with software acquisition and implementation initiatives.

• Skilled in interacting with vendors, internal clients, and support teams.

• Proficient in planning and monitoring scope, schedule, deliverables, costs, risks, and quality.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Expertise in financial management and procurement/contracting processes for projects.

• Experience in monitoring and validating vendor deliverables.

• Competence in implementing solutions in staging (homologation) and production environments.

• Ability to transfer knowledge to support teams.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies based on best practices.

• Proficiency in MS Project, Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and SharePoint.

• Knowledge of LGPD (desired).

• Basic understanding of information security, monitoring, and/or infrastructure (desired).

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously (desired).
