Senior Project Manager – Technical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Lead the implementation of our Mobile app ecosystem, encompassing crypto wallet, card, and investment product offerings.

• Oversee cross-functional teams, managing the delivery process from initial technical discovery through to production.

• Ensure our products are designed for scalability, security, and delivered with exceptional accuracy.

• Facilitate the breakdown of tasks and challenge unrealistic timelines effectively.

• Uphold project management standards and ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into progress.

• Convert high-level visions into actionable User Stories that include well-defined Acceptance Criteria.

• Serve as a constructive liaison among team members, resolving conflicts and ensuring the creation of actionable plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in IT Project/Delivery Management within Fintech or regulated sectors.

• Technical Acumen: A background in QA, Analysis, or Engineering is strongly preferred.

• Assertive Attitude: Capable of saying "No" to vague requirements and rejecting inadequate estimates.

• Pragmatic Agile Approach: Proven experience in tailoring frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) for small, agile teams.

• Languages: Proficiency in both English and Russian is required.
