Senior Project Manager, Solution Design & Implementation, Supply Chain Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee regional digital transformation initiatives within DSV Supply Chain Solutions.

• Manage projects from the initial stages through implementation, hypercare, and operational transition.

• Facilitate workshops with both clients and internal stakeholders to outline business processes.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, execute risk management, and oversee change requests.

• Set and track KPIs, monitor benefits realization, and promote continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in leading regional or global supply chain initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of supply chain KPIs, ERP, TMS, WMS integrations, BI tools, and functional solution design.

• Certification in Agile (Scrum), PRINCE2, or PMP is required.

• Experience in process design (BPMN 2.0), API & EDI integration.

• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, Azure DevOps, and SQL is a plus.

• Understanding of supply chain improvement and transformation methodologies such as Lean Management, Agile Supply Chain, digital transformation, DDMRP, Theory of Constraints (TOC), Total Quality Management (TQM), and Logistics 4.0.

• Proficiency in English and ideally an additional European or Asian language.
