This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the complete implementation lifecycle for a portfolio of simultaneous EAM software projects, starting from contract handoff and kickoff through to go-live and post-deployment transition, working independently with minimal oversight.
• Act as the main point of contact for client project leadership, including program-level sponsors and C-suite stakeholders; cultivate trusted, long-lasting client relationships that foster client retention.
• Monitor project budgets and revenue milestones in accordance with percent-complete invoicing structures; proactively identify and highlight variances.
• Demonstrated success in managing stakeholders at both the program and executive levels, including steering committee facilitation and communication with C-suite executives.
• Willingness and capability to travel to client locations across the U.S. up to approximately 20% of the time.
• Experience in managing implementations for large, multi-stakeholder municipal or public sector organizations with intricate procurement and governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of percent-complete and milestone-complete invoicing models and revenue tracking based on Statements of Work (SOW).
• Lead impactful implementations that significantly enhance how utilities and public sector organizations manage essential infrastructure assets.
• Create and sustain detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, milestone timelines, resource allocations, and critical path monitoring; proactively adjust plans to ensure delivery integrity.
• Establish and uphold project governance frameworks: RAID logs, change control processes, decision registers, and escalation paths; exemplify governance discipline for junior team members.
• Oversee project scope in collaboration with clients and the assigned Senior Implementation Consultant; manage change requests through a systematic change control process while addressing scope creep without frequent escalation.
• Facilitate project status meetings, steering committee updates, and executive briefings with clients; independently produce concise, high-quality status reports and decision documentation.
• Proactively identify, evaluate, and manage project risks and issues across all dimensions; develop and implement mitigation strategies with minimal escalation to the Director of Project Delivery.
• Coordinate internal delivery resources — Senior Implementation Consultants, data migration specialists, integration analysts, trainers, client support, and product teams — ensuring cross-functional alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Enhance delivery team methodology by sharing lessons learned, reviewing and refining project templates, and providing informal mentorship and support to less experienced PMs.
• Regularly report on portfolio-level project health to the Director of Project Delivery.
• Over 7 years of project management experience leading enterprise B2B/SaaS software implementations, showcasing ownership of full-lifecycle delivery across multiple concurrent, complex projects.
• Proven ability to function independently — managing scope, risk, client expectations, and cross-functional teams without the need for daily direction.
• Direct industry experience in utilities (water/wastewater), public works, or facilities management is strongly preferred, with a working knowledge of maintenance management and asset lifecycle practices.
• Previous experience with EAM, CMMS, or operational technology (OT) software implementations is highly desirable.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification is required; Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, PMI-ACP) is advantageous.
• Proficiency in project scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar); solid understanding of WBS, critical path, resource management, change control, and risk management principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
• Flexible remote-first work environment with a supportive leadership culture and clear pathways for career development.
• Collaborate with an experienced delivery team that values rigor, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Be part of a high-growth EAM software company with over 25 years of industry expertise and a growing portfolio of utility and public sector clients.
