Senior Project Manager – Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversees the planning and execution of large, intricate, multi-phase projects that involve external project dependencies.

• Enhances client satisfaction by ensuring projects meet stakeholder requirements.

• Accountable for completing projects within specified scope, quality, timeline, and budget constraints.

• Leads scrum teams in adopting Agile methodology and scrum practices.

• Collaborates with internal teams to ensure that marketing campaigns are designed and executed effectively to achieve business objectives.

• Actively participates in creating campaign schedules and utilizes critical thinking to identify and address potential issues.

• Works with business partners to implement campaigns and initiatives that foster acquisition growth and enhance customer engagement.

• Makes informed decisions and recommendations based on data analysis.

• Identifies and resolves issues effectively.

• Evaluates risks appropriately during business decision-making processes.

• Responsible for conducting daily stand-ups and weekly meetings, including retrospectives, to promote Continuous Improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, MIS - Management Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.

• 4 to 6 years of experience in the Marketing and retail banking/financial services sector.

• Requires meticulous attention to detail, advanced project management capabilities, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

• Creative problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership.

• Strong communication, presentation, and project management abilities.

• Capable of thriving under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Proficient in all Windows application suites (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project).

• Familiarity with workflow tools (Aprimo) and Agile software (Jira, Confluence, Trello).
