Senior Project Manager – Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate Salesforce projects

• Facilitate effective collaboration between Salesforce and SAP teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in managing complex Salesforce projects

• Proven project management background in the utilities sector

• Ability to coordinate with SAP, Salesforce, and client teams

• Expertise in managing regulatory risks (CCEE, ANEEL, LGPD)

• Proficient in executive communication with client stakeholders (Board, Compliance, IT)

• Skilled in negotiating scope and functional adjustments

• Experience with executive reporting and governance committees

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and hybrid waterfall approaches

• Proficient in tools such as Jira/Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, MS Teams

• Knowledgeable in Salesforce DevOps Center and release management

• Adequate technical understanding to collaborate with architects and developers

• Competent in risk management (PMBOK/PRINCE2)

• Portuguese (Brazilian): Native proficiency

• English: Advanced proficiency

• Spanish: Additional language skill is a plus
