Senior Project Manager – PMO Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Organize and facilitate meetings while preparing agendas.

• Create and uphold master budgets and timelines for projects.

• Prepare and coordinate reports and drawing reviews throughout the conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction stages.

• Assist in the selection, contracting, and supervision of consultants and construction teams.

• Integrate various project management components, including brokerage, building operations, and M.E.P. as necessary.

• Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices related to the project.

• Engage in marketing efforts and client presentations of services.

• Oversee and manage Project Managers, Space Planners, and CAD Operators as needed.

• Provide documentation and reports to clients and building/facility management teams.

• Communicate significant issues, findings, results, and recommendations to the Account Director.

• Secure necessary approvals prior to organizational changes, commitments, and expenditures exceeding approved budgets.

• Set goals, hire, delegate, train, develop, motivate, discipline, and evaluate subordinate staff as necessary.

• Collaborate with building/facility personnel to meet quality, service, cost, and profit targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is required.

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role.

• A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in project management.

• Proven experience in leading, motivating, and developing team members.

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.

• Technical expertise in the relevant field.

• Consulting experience.

• Client-focused approach.

• Ability to implement government laws and regulations while adhering to established rulings of governmental authorities.
