Project Manager, Financial Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Provide support for project management related to enterprise data initiatives.

• Coordinate and monitor project activities, milestones, risks, and dependencies.

• Assist in user adoption and manage change efforts for new processes and reporting solutions.

• Facilitate report migration projects and track progress in relation to timelines.

• Maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting notes, and action items.

• Foster communication across functions between business and technical stakeholders.

• Help with issue resolution and activities related to risk mitigation.

• Support Agile project delivery methodologies and ceremonies as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in supporting data-driven programs, reporting initiatives, or analytics projects.

• Strong skills in organization, communication, and stakeholder management.

• Proven experience in tracking project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices in project management.

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities.

• Preferred: Experience in supporting enterprise data, reporting, or business intelligence programs.

• Preferred: Past experience with user adoption or organizational change initiatives.

• Preferred: Experience within a PMO or large enterprise environment.
