• Oversee the complete delivery process of Irth Solutions' integrated asset-integrity and risk platform.
• Take ownership of and update the integrated project plan that encompasses Product, Engineering, Data, QA, Infrastructure, and Go-to-Market workstreams.
• Set up and manage phase-gate milestones, release timelines, and critical-path activities.
• Conduct weekly delivery sessions, sprint and release evaluations, workstream reviews, dependency management, critical-path assessments, and corrective actions.
• Keep a single source of truth regarding program status, milestones, dependencies, and delivery health.
• Align delivery plans with actual engineering and team capacity.
• Detect schedule delays and implement mitigation strategies with responsible parties.
• Manage the program risk register, ensuring all risks have designated owners, mitigation strategies, target dates, and escalation triggers.
• Oversee program budget and vendor expenditures, including Azure, Databricks, software/platform licenses, contractor fees, and other vendor costs.
• Compare actual spending against budget and highlight discrepancies.
• Maintain a program decision log that records decisions, options, trade-offs, owners, rationale, dates, and subsequent impacts.
• Lead steering committee meetings, including agenda creation, pre-read materials, status updates, decisions, actions, and follow-ups.
• Prepare reports for the Executive Sponsor, steering committee, and board.
• Coordinate phase-gate approvals with the Executive Sponsor.
• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams spanning Product, Engineering, Data Architecture, Data Engineering, Data Science, Platform Engineering, QA, Infrastructure, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience.
• Define ownership, accountability, timelines, and interdependencies across workstreams.
• Facilitate the resolution of cross-functional obstacles and escalate issues as necessary.
• Ensure alignment of technical delivery with commercial and customer readiness initiatives.
• Collaborate with external customer design partners to integrate feedback and validation into the delivery process.
• Maintain and present the integrated master project plan, milestone and phase-gate schedule, weekly status report, dependency tracker, critical-path analysis, risk and issue register, budget and vendor expenditure tracker, decision log, steering committee materials, executive and board reporting, phase-gate readiness assessments, action tracker, and release/go-to-market readiness plan.
• Over 7 years of experience in managing complex software, technology, or data-platform programs, with at least 3 years of leading multi-workstream programs visible to executives.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of program schedules, budgets, dependencies, risks, and delivery results for programs of similar scope.
• Experience in delivering programs within regulated environments, where audit trails, evidence, documentation, and traceability are essential delivery criteria.
• Strong background in executing Agile delivery at scale, alongside phase-gated executive governance.
• Demonstrated success in establishing and managing decision logs, risk and issue registers, dependency trackers, executive dashboards, and program status reports.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear project dashboards and executive updates.
• Experience managing commitments from external customers, partners, or design partners as integrated elements of the delivery plan.
• Strong cross-functional leadership abilities across Product, Engineering, Data, QA, Infrastructure, Commercial, and Customer Experience teams.
• Familiarity with pipeline integrity, utilities, energy, infrastructure, or other asset-intensive regulated industries.
• Experience in delivering data-platform, ML, or AI programs utilizing Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Lakehouse architectures, model registries, model serving, and data/model governance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• PMP, PgMP, or a comparable program/project management certification.
• Experience integrating an acquired team, product, platform, or technology within an existing organization or operating model.
