This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +1 more state.
• Oversee the complete delivery process of commercial real estate projects from initial identification to design, planning, approvals, permitting, construction, and financial closeout.
• Act as the main client contact, providing updates on project progress, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead teams of architects, engineers, general contractors, and specialty consultants throughout various project phases.
• Create project plans, timelines, and budgets while identifying and addressing potential risks.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess construction progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
• Negotiate contracts, manage change orders, and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Prepare project reports, financial analyses, and executive summaries for stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Mentor and support junior project managers and coordinators.
• Collaborate with JLL leasing, facilities management, occupancy planning, sourcing, and EH&S teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of progressive project management experience in commercial real estate, corporate interiors, or construction.
• Demonstrated success in managing projects valued at $5M+ from planning to occupancy.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building systems, codes, and permitting processes.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with secure spaces is mandatory.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Certification in Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management is preferred.
• Experience in a corporate real estate services or consulting environment is advantageous.
• Capability to manage geographically dispersed teams and multi-site portfolio projects is preferred.
• Familiarity with Procore, Adaptive Work, or Ingenious project management platforms is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
