Senior Project Manager – Global Operations Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Initiate, plan, and execute assigned projects utilizing established project management processes and standard work practices.

• Lead cross-functional project teams, including remote colleagues.

• Develop project plans that incorporate relevant analysis, timelines, risks, and implementation strategies.

• Prepare and deliver project updates and presentations to leadership.

• Ensure timely project delivery and achievement of intended business outcomes.

• Cultivate relationships with business leaders and divisional teams.

• Facilitate project approval and implementation phases by promoting alignment and efficiency.

• Coordinate with subject matter experts and functional leaders throughout the project's lifecycle.

• Oversee project scope, schedule, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

• Provide support for global projects through travel as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a science, technical, or business discipline, or a minimum of 3 years of equivalent relevant work experience.

• Demonstrated knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.

• Capability to lead projects within a complex manufacturing setting.

• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficiency in collaborating across departments, with business unit leadership, and within Thermo Fisher divisions.

• Ability to effectively influence others and partner across functions.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Capacity to establish trust, credibility, and positive professional relationships with colleagues and management.

• Proficient in English.

• Willingness to travel globally up to 25% of working time, as needed to support the project lifecycle.
