Junior Project Manager – AI-Driven

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Assist in the coordination of various AI production projects related to video and imagery.

• Oversee schedules, task plans, deliverable summaries, project trackers, and databases.

• Manage uploads, assets, and project details throughout the production process.

• Provide support to senior team members in daily project coordination tasks.

• Coordinate both internal and external project resources to ensure deliverables remain on schedule.

• Handle feedback, version control, and approvals.

• Keep asset lists and delivery checklists up to date.

• Regularly update stakeholders on the status of projects.

• Engage in internal reviews, project meetings, and client calls; document decisions and follow-up tasks.

• Communicate when information, feedback, or decisions are required.

• Recognize opportunities and risks, assisting in the development of solutions.

• Monitor hours and track project progress.

• Organize and maintain all project documentation.

• Assist with project administration and follow up on agreed actions.

• Connect information, assets, and actions across The Hub.

• Contribute to enhancing workflows, tools, and methods of working.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, production, or a related field.

• Knowledgeable about AI, particularly generative AI tools, with a desire to keep learning.

• Self-motivated and proactive, possessing the confidence to take initiative.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, demonstrating strong time management abilities.

• Capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders.

• Proficient in spoken and written English.

• A background or interest in automotive and/or powersports is advantageous.
